coaching?

Wellness coaches work collaboratively with clients to promote personal well-being and improved overall health. A wellness coach will help clients realize their inner strengths that can then be applied to other areas that the client wants to work on.

What do Wellness coaches do?

​

  1. Explore, Discover, and enhance the client's self-awareness of their inherent strengths, aspirations concerning their life, and health

  2. Create tiny actionable steps - where the client sets personal goals in an experimental learning process

  3. Examine and assess – in this process, clients and coaches keep track of progress and setbacks, determine what’s next, strategize to overcome challenges or re-adjust goals for continued development, and celebrating achievements.
